I was on Hospital bed rest for 12 days until I gave birth to my baby Yesterday by scheduled C-section. Now I’m on bed rest for 6 more weeks for recovery 😩😩😩. I was on modified bed rest for a couple months before for high blood pressure. It sucksssss lol but I have a lot of support. Read, read, read lol watch movies, eat lol!! I promise you’ll be ok.

Some hospitals have support groups for women on bedrest. If you have to be on Hospital bedrest for a long time don’t ask for a private room. You might get a chance to meet some great moms in the same situation or similar one as you. 😁

Tablet,phone,laptop,books,tv lol. I’m basically plugged into everything. Also I like to do makeup ...so I practice techniques a lot. Whatever hobbies or skills you have this is the time to perfect them!
