PCOS,
You have made my weight stick to my body for years like Mac & Cheese. You made me feel physically awful and almost shattered my dreams to have my third child. But I didn't let you run away with my dreams. You made me work harder towards them....so....yeah thank you ❤
For those who have PCOS:

PCOS is far from easy to deal with but there is light at the end of the tunnel. You cannot let yourself go just because you have such condition. You can make yourself feel so much better. Take me for example. I walked around for 3 years looking like a bowl of jelly. I passed the twinkies at the store and drooled for hours..But I made a few changes in my daily lifestyle and I'm finally feeling better 💁♀️
PCOS is not for the weak. So if you have it use your strength to beat the hell out of it 👌💪

I actually started a all natural body system called Modere. I had to cut out my sodas 😢 and breads. I drank alot of water plus I run everyday. I cut down my portion sizes which has helped alot ❤

@damiensmommy1117 aweee bless her heart! I also have anxiety ans depression. We just have to push through it! Theres not really much you can do but try to lift her up with positive vibes. Its hard but it doesnt define me ❤
