Don't be scared! I wore stretchy pj pants home. Anything stretchy will be fine.

I put a maxi pad or panty liner lengthwise over the incision, to keep it from rubbing directly on my undies or pants. I just wore yoga pants, skirts with stretchy waists, or dresses. But it was summer so I could.

Stretchy or very loose. After you have a c section bending down or anything touching or being around your incision will hurt
