I’m 11 weeks and my emotions are crazy, I get pissed off for everything. Help, is there any way I can control them?
@raine0415, yeah I do want to be more aware, because it’s gotten to the point where my s/o broke down, because I’ve been changing into this monster, but yeah that’s what I’ve been trying to do, thank you so much for your advice!
No. I’m 31 weeks and I’m not AS emotional as I was in my early weeks of pregnancy. Doing very simple yoga and finding time to calm down and relax helps. But you will still have spontaneous episodes sometimes. I have to be very careful around my mom because sometimes I want to snap on her over small things. Just be more aware of your emotions because you might end up hurting somebody else’s if your not careful. It’s normal in pregnancy so everyone will understand and forgive you

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Lol anytime. This is my first pregnancy and I learned to just accept my mood changes. If I feel really mad or anything I just walk away and take a loooooong shower. Makes me feel better everytime. You might not mean to hurt someone’s feelings but it’ll happen and youll feel bad but then you’ll apologize and they will forgive you
