Advice on getting a two your old to listen and how to get them to do things the first time you ask them. I know they say oh it's just the terrible two's but my son is just out of control. I've tried time outs to taking things away I've tried pops on the hand and nothing seems to phase him. I don't know what else to do. I didn't have to go through this with my first son. Help please!

Consistency! And it’s work, but until he is trained, every time he crosses the line (and any leeway you give will make it less effective) you need to discipline. By 2, pops on the hand no longer worked for us and so I would make sure he was making eye contact with me and then tell him what he did wrong(always in a calm voice) and then pop his thigh right under the diaper... then I always comforted the cries and made sure he knew I loved him and told him it was mommies job to teach him to obey and learn how to act right and that next time I knew he would (fill in the blank) do the right thing. This has worked for both my boys. Good luck! It’s not easy, but once they get it, you just reinforce when necessary and life is so much easier and peaceful. Anyway, that’s what worked for us. son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. What do you guys do when they start doing this? My Britax came with these long rubber strap covers but I took them off a while ago when he was to small f...

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Today I tried the diva cup for the first time & it was the best thing I've decided to do. I can't believe I didn't try it sooner 🤦🏾♀️
I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
I know this sounds sooo fkedup but sometimes i wanna get into a bad accident so my husband sees exactly all the things i do ... and how wrong he is by saying i don’t do enough ( not in those words but the jist of it ) anyway .... i think this all the time . Maybe then he will think differently .
