@snarfyk, I went through every eczema proof baby wash and it drys his skin out. I can only use regular dove or regular baby dove, the sensitive skin makes his eczema worse. An you sound just like my son & thank you.

@h_mother0322 I have Celiac and can't go near wheat, gluten, corn, soy, oats,eggs, tree nuts, milk, etc. My newborn is heading in they direction already with eczema. Have you tried the new Dove sensitive toe to tip baby wash? It cleared my 7 week old's skin up within two days. It works wonders. I hope your little guy feels better soon. Also, I've used it on myself and my daughter, Eucerine baby. They are gluten free and work wonders.

@butterfli_luv, triamcinolone kept his serve eczema in check because hydrocortisone wasn’t helping & I wash everything in all free and clear so he won’t break if he touch anything

@h_mother0322, triamcinolone is a steroid. For my son steroid ointment made it worst I just ended up washing his clothes with all free and clear, he wore loose fitting clothes as to not irritate his skin, ild use aquapor ointment after baths, and made sure he didn’t sweat as much. But the change in seasons always cause a flare up so ild use a humidifier to keep moisture in the air also

@lovelyjane, right now all the triamcinolone is making it worse, he has serve eczema, he was sick and after one of his fevers his eczema went crazy really bad. Still don’t know what made it break out like this. I’ll try the honey, thank you

@h_mother0322, i know my father and my son have severe eczema been dealing with it for years. But your giving him a topical steroid too which will cause it to flare up more. When my sons was really bad ild cleans him in honey since it’s a natural antibacterial and moisturizer

@lovelyjane, most of the company eczema soap which has wheat or oat & he allergic. Try auqaphor because he can use that lotion but it dried it out

@butterfli_luv, I had just took him to er Friday morning because of his viral infections & he was breaking out at the time. I told them about, the doctor look and just said it look like his eczema and said nothing else about it. It’s worsen since then.

@butterfli_luv, my son hands, feet and knees look like somebody poured grease on him. An it’s starting spread in other areas which is worrying me. When I put the triamcinolone on last night, hard skin just covered the blisters & bumps & opened some bumps and became sores. I had put bunch band aids on him because he scratching some the sores open & he cry’s when I washed him tonight. I’m trying get dermatologist appointment Monday because these is stressful.

@butterfli_luv, yes he goes to allergy & asthma center in Decatur. They introduce me to dermatologist when he had allergic reactions to milk at 2 months

@butterfli_luv, no I haven’t & he didn’t break out really bad till after he had two fevers & I gave him Advil. So I think he might be allergic to Advil or it’s the viral infections making his skin act up really bad

@butterfli_luv, he allergic coconut, every tells me use coconut oil but I can’t use it. My son don’t like the shower, only when we at hotels he will use the shower. We have walk in shower at home, he don’t like it

@butterfli_luv, we stop using hydrocortisone because he skin & eczema was reacting so they give us triamcinolone. Most beautiful thing in a jar but it’s not working this time with his serve eczema. Only use his albuterol when he get real bad cold but it’s doesn’t stop viral infections that comes with it.
