Can someone describe what a contraction feels like..feel really stupid but I don't know.. I'm cramping horribly.. All through my back and stomach and feel like pressure all through my back and thighs

@slewis1526, definitely sounds like contractions!! Start timing them if they get 2-3 minutes apart go to l&d

@kreese88 it takes my breath away and I have to grab something cause my hands tense all up

They’re like period cramps but 10x stronger, and if it is a contraction you most likely won’t be able to talk through it. Keep an eye on them if it is contractions time them
