Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?

Costco? Is the membership worth it? We have 3 babies in our house, sometimes 4 and we would mainly use it for wipes, diapers, and toilet paper. Would you recommend it? If so which membership..

@ashhmx3 @mommy_of_two_girls I sign up for enfamil online and I got a books of coupons and 8 of them was for this year so I used them. Plus the shirt was half off. Now I'm looking for a coupon app.
