When and how did you introduce water? Did you use bottled water or some other kind? How much at a time? Thanks for any input!!

I used nursery water...they make a Fluoride free version

I buy filtered water at refill stations. I gave water in my sons sippies so he could learn. Only ever did about 3oz at a time.

My pediatrician recommend s water at 6 month's in a sippy cup we keep it frigerated he loves it..baby water since birth we use mixes w his formula
