Right 🙄 and I do too but mine are the worst in the spring & fall ugh but yeah I’m thinking about going with nasal spray cause I heard they’re better, and thank you! 😊

Ugh that's the worst 😒 I have year round allergies so I feel your pain? I also use the nasal spray, that seems to help a lot too. Feel better!

@maurissaerhardt I know benedryl is ok and regular allergy medicine like Allegra. Just not the decongestant kind ( Allegra D) 👍
