We live in Texas so no. He had about 5 hoodie jackets a Sunday church blazer and a blue Jean jacket @lizabeth.1294, I won't b taking him out in freezing cold either so I don't see the point should I plan a trip to a colder climate I would but for where we live it's silly

I’m gonna get a snowsuit for my buddy so we can play in the snow! But they’re not supposed to wear them in the car. If you take her to like a winter festival or something outdoors in the winter tho she’ll need it. For the car I’m gonna get a car seat poncho and I really need to get on that

@txyogagirl, We live in Missouri...so I mean it could go either way really lol. It tends to get pretty cold. She has some warm jackets just not a full on Eskimo jacket. I'm like I don't want to look like a bad mom for putting her in a smaller jacket, hood and maybe a blanket...but do I really want to wrestle her into a big coat for five seconds of walking her in and out of the car? Lol

@lizabeth.1294, I feel the same as long as u have a warm blanket I don't see the point in the big coat if the temp is going to b super cold on a day u must go out just send your husband out to pick up a coat but don't waste the money if u may not even use it

We didn’t. We got a sorta peacoat thing, that he’ll wear if we’re outside for long periods of time, like a walk, but it had a dinosaur tail so I feel for it. Just going to and from the car I’ll wrap him in a blanket. We do have a snowsuit and bunting that my stepmom got last year for $15 at a consignment store and they still fit, so if we do go out to play in the snow he’ll wear that.

We’re in no so it can get cold but not super cold like my sister in MN.

I bought my boys sheep skin lined jackets since the winter jacket I bought last year for my oldest was the most pointless thing I ever got in my opinion and I live in Illinois like 30mins from St Louis

We live in Colorado my son has a coat with a removable fleece inside so what we do is put the fleece on(safe under the car seat) then pull the outer over him with the hood when we unbuckle him to go in a store and take it back off before he gets back in it pulls over real easy

I would probably just use Blankets. I would put My Baby in a warmer onesie and then cover him up with blankets!! :D. Save The 25 Dollars.

@shellbell0391, I also was thinking of looking into the ponchos! I don't think we even have any outdoor winter activities around here, so I'm not too worried about that. It's such a pain to take off a big coat just to have to take it off 2 minutes later in the car.

@morgan.k, I agree! I just was thinking man, with this weather...it may not even get that cold! Sometimes it doesn't. And if it's super cold I won't take her out unless absolutely necessary. Kinlee has a hat a coat and I always put a blanket over her, I just didn't see much need in a big puffy coat!
