Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

How do I find these without having to pay money? I've tried several different sites, and all of them want money to show me the records. I know there has to a free way to do this?
