So I was having contractions everyday then they stopped when my mom came and won't let me on the yoga ball and now I'm having a hard time restarting my contractions......any advice on how to restart them?? Can't have sex it's too painful.

@nerdlove1315, lightly jog. That’s safe, if walking isn’t helping just very lightly jog my moms friend did that and she went into labor an hour after

Castor oil isn’t dangerous. It’s something drs recommend some times but it just sounds horrible. I walked for almost 2 hours straight and had my baby the next night
Castor oil should not be am option though that's dangerous ... Just trying and walk

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies I would like to introduce my babygirl. Came to the hospital and was having full blown contractions and doctor decided to operate me. My delivery was so painful I felt everything.

Get on the yoga ball. If you know it works for you? Go for it.
