I have absolutely no appetite since I had my daughter. I try to eat healthy since I'm breastfeeding but anything I try to eat makes me want to puke so I end up just drinking ensure drinks 😐
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Do you necessarily have to eat healthy to breast feed? I eat cereal oatmeal drink juice peanut butter & jelly sandwiches home made burgers fries ... stuff like that haven't eaten restaurant since I started nursing. Aw yea I drink a lot of water too .....
I trying to be healthy by drinking water while eating a cup cake. Lol

I was the same way, lost a lot of weight, but the downside was it affected my supply :(
