So my husband and I have been married going in 5 years. We got married fast,told no one and did it at the court house. We both want to do a wedding now,my question is do you think it would be dumb? I’m worried people may be like what’s the point? 😂

Who cares what they think it's your wedding lol do what you want! Maybe do it on your anniversary like a vow renewal kinda thing.

We got married in April,but kinda want a fall wedding so we were thinking next November. His family are super dicks,that’s putting it nicely 😂.

My husband and I did the same thing 3 years ago. We eloped at the courthouse and didn't tell anyone until after. We have both agreed that on our 5 year anniversary we are going to have a real wedding for family and friends. Like a renewal of wedding vows. It'll be for the family members who want to come and friends and of course our children. Anyone who thinks it's silly doesn't have to come. There are too many divorces in this day and age so why not celebrate love any chance you get? I'm hoping for a beach wedding since all of our family lives in Florida anyway.

@lovelily, I agree 100% he and I have been through it back. We actually legally divorced and got remarried 😂

We are shooting for next November so we can do a rustic fall wedding and our youngest will be old enough to sit still or semi still long enough.
