How do contraction feel like

@neshiaa22 they are excruciating. You will definitely know. It felt like my insides were being ripped out with each cramp.

You might be having them and not really feel them... your practice contractions don't really hurt well most people they don't hurt.. your stomach will get tight then relax those are your practice ones real contractions will feel like period cramps and your lower back may hurt with the pain.. Each women is different on what they feel like or how bad they hurt but that's what they were like for me

Aww ok . Everyone I know is having contraction but not me doe. I haven't had any pain or nothing

U know when u have to poop really badly and u get poop cramps? Like the really bad painful ones that make u bend over in pain? Take that times 20. Thats what they felt like to me
