I'm glad I found this group to join. It helps being able to talk about stuff especially with people who understand.

I tell her I love her constantly I feel like I can't say it enough. Night time it's my favorite because it's when I can get my oldest to sit still and snuggle with me. So we all snuggle up and watch a movie.

Same. My oldest is very independent, but sometimes wants my love and attention. Times like that I try to put the baby down in the crib or on her swing. I also lay down and snuggle them at the same time. I try to have my oldest play with the baby. And I also ask her for help with the baby during small tasks to make her feel included. I also remind her offer how much I love her.

I do. She's a big help. She says she's her baby. She helps me allot getting stuff for me she let's me know when sisters crying even tho I can hear her. She wants to hold sissy any chance she gets. And sometimes I can put little sister into the carrier. I just worry about my oldest feeling neglected because she's used to having mommy all to herself and getting to play and be loud but now she has to share me and she's always being told to be quite. And I sometimes snap at her cuz I'm existed and some and emotionally drained and I feel absolutely horrible when I snap at her.

Try letting her hold her ( not really ) but ya know . and let her feel lime she's helping . get her more involved . it has helped with my son. Its definitely hard taking Care of both alone but you'll figure it out . Also do you have a carrier ? That helps free my hands so I can entertain my son .
