Would it be stupid to not buy a crib until the baby comes and I feel like I absolutely need one for her and just stick with this pretty nice sized oval wooden bassinet I have? I’ve seen so many people around me not even use their cribs or have barely used it and I don’t want that to be me seeing they’re pretty pricey. Let me know what you guys think.

You could wait since you have a bassinet to put her in. She can sleep in there for a few months and then you can decide from there.

That was our plan, and I'm glad we wound up getting a crib beforehand. He slept so much better in his crib than anywhere else.

i’m using a pack n play. we got given a crib but no mattress. 😐

Babies out grow the bassinet pretty quick, if u can't afford a crib u can always try a pack n play.. u can find a decent crib for close to the same price tho, go to a local baby store or look online. There is cheap out there, that's how I always make it.

You don’t need a crib until around 4 months. My daughter had a pack n play that converted and grew with her. That’s what we used from 0-3.

I got a crib in my room and a Bassinet play pen in my living room it’s always good to have both thing because it good for Baby to get use to both things

I got a bassinet and a pack n play and we didn’t used it at all cause we’ve ended up co sleeping I wish I would’ve never brought anything and just waited to see if I actually needed it
