Did anyone waist train after pregnancy? This WILL be my last so why not get my body back. How soon did you start? Which did you use? Does it help better than the hospital supplied one?

I had a c-section so at first I used the one the hospital gives until I healed. Then I used a whole body spanx some days and other days a Colombian one. Those really do the work.
