Help please! My son hates tummy time, he lays there shoved his hand in his face and then cries constantly when he does try and lift his head.. what can I do? I try to help him move his head to the other side when he lifts it but he just cries and cries until I give in and pick him up.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Rant: my son is almost 16 months, yes, I whoop his butt when he runs from me when I try to change his butt or get him dressed, and yes, I spank his butt if he flips over during a diaper change, and yes I smack his hand when he hurts other people, and yes, it has helped a lot.
HELP PLEASE!!! Wondering if anyone has practical tips for getting my baby to calm down and sleep in his crib. It is officially no longer safe for him to sleep in the rocker attachment of his pack n play. He is rolling from back to front and has reched the weight limit. However, when we try to get him to sleep flat in his crib, he freaks out. Does anyone have any unusual or creative tips for helping him become more at ease. He cried for like 2 hours last night and cried right through his first naptime today. Ive tried the usual shushing, singing, patting, etc. When he gets really upset I pick him up and try to calm him but it doesnt do much good. Just not sure what to do to help him get through this (while keeping my sanity intact).
My son is 2 years old... 2 years and 2 months to be exact. He doesn't talk. Maybe about 5 words. I need advice. We talk to him normally. Read to him. Try to help him with basic words. He makes noises like he thinks he's talking. I feel like a failure. Family does nothing but question. "When are you going to talk boy" and they get annoyed with his mumbling. Advice please. We probably will be seeking speech therapy as soon as covid bans are lifted. I absolutely HATE when people bring him his talking or question it.

Not at all I worried for nothing sky crawled 3 days before her 1 birthday and walked about 1.5 months ago and she’s pretty wild so every baby at their own pace

My daughter hated Tummy time but loved sleeping on her tummy they’ll cry because they don’t like it but try 2 minutes throughout the day here and there so he can get used to it
