Help please! My son hates tummy time, he lays there shoved his hand in his face and then cries constantly when he does try and lift his head.. what can I do? I try to help him move his head to the other side when he lifts it but he just cries and cries until I give in and pick him up.

Not at all I worried for nothing sky crawled 3 days before her 1 birthday and walked about 1.5 months ago and she’s pretty wild so every baby at their own pace
@skysmommy04, should I be worried if he’s not doing it within a certain amount of time?
@momma81417, yes he’ll eventually flip over on his own as well and gain strength pic up his head etc
@skysmommy04, So I should start small time wise and then build up?
My daughter hated Tummy time but loved sleeping on her tummy they’ll cry because they don’t like it but try 2 minutes throughout the day here and there so he can get used to it
I feel like I’m doing this all wrong
