i used to give my daughter the same thing only formula & veggies or fruits but pedialyte helps out a lot

my daughter is going through the same thing. but ive been giving her prune juice or pedialyte! she blows up all the poop she didnt do in like 2 days

@arivera64, it’s not always just the past 3 days just hard round poops, he doesn’t drinks formula most of the time and has sweet potatoes, green beans and sometimes fruit. Not sure if one of those is making him like that but I can try giving him something else

Giving something like mommys bliss constipation relief may help temporarily, but You need to get to the root of the issue. Why is he having hard poops at 7 months old? Think about the foods he eats and how much if any. Etc and try to change things up a little

Lots of water and the next day ge should have normal poop

Any kind of juice help.. My doctor says pear juice but really apple works as well

Try prunes
