So I had pelvic pains while pregnant.now once I go to bed when I wake up to feed every night my pelvic bone kills. Like I literally can not move I have to lift my leg by my pants and pull myself up because it hurts so bad is this normal? It wasn't happening the 2 days at the hospital it started yesterday but it's so bad I'm in tears it feel broken.again it's only at night once ive been relaxing sleeping

Mine hurt for awhile after I had the baby. It throbbed at night when I was pregnant and still do if I lay on my side. I hate it. Not sure if there's an exercise or technique to make it go away.
