Sleep training suggestions? I’ve done the “ wait till he’s really sleepy and put him in his bed to fall asleep “ part. He does that just fine. But sleeping THROUGH the night is a no go.
@vegasmomma, I’m definitely not irritated with him, just sleeppyyyyy lol . And it’s a recent thing . So I’m not at my wits end yet 😂 hopefully it’s just a phase . We shall see!
I know it’s hard but patience is key! Remember every baby is different. My oldest slept through the night at 3 months with the CIO method and my younger daughter didn’t sleep through the night until almost 11 months no matter what I tried! Be patient mamma :) try different techniques and hopefully something clicks!
@ecahanes, greeeaaatttt lol . He must’ve hit it a few weeks late haha
Ya that's what I would do. Because usually there is a 6 month sleep regression 🙃
@ecahanes, yeah it’s been going on for about 3-4 days now. I’m gonna let him do his thing through the week and reevaluate over the weekend
If he just started waking up it could be a sleep regression or growth spurt...maybe give it a couple days before jumping to conclusions?? Idk just thinking 💭
@caseysmommy92, ok, that’s what I’m thinking . My baby’s not overweight YET. Because he just started waking up every 3 hours again . But I’m definitely gonna try some sleep training , I also work full time so I’m exhausted during the day 😂
@augustsmuva he was eating every two hours when he woke up and was pretty over weight.i was a frst time mom so thougbt it was normal but the doctor said he deff didnt need to eat that often being his age he was. He even got to the point he would drink one once of his bottle then get all smiley and wnna play. Thats when the doctor told me hes just doing it because he was used to waking up every two hours.
@caseysmommy92, was your son eating at the times he woke up?
Ferber method is what i did. It worked after only two days ans my son has slept threw the night ever since
