@lexifindlay oh god I've heard it's so painful. It's going to sound crazy but when I was weaning my daughter and I had sore boobs and they were blocked in the ducts I put raw cabbage on each breast under my bra and it helped so much. Only thing is if you're breastfeeding it'll reduce your production. So maybe try a hot flannel and expressing x
Raw cabbage leaves, it is honestly the most wonderful thing I have ever put on my chest... I had really bad mastitis but refused to use them and tried everything else but nothing helped they were truly a godsend x

Warm flannel and feeding her...even if its painful...will get rid (what my mum told me she did when she had it) xx
