I couldn’t keep down ginger ale or crackers, hot ginger tea/peppermint were the worst. I stuck with vitamin water or Gatorade until I felt better so I wouldn’t loose all my electrolytes. Once in awhile I’d keep saltines or a ramen noodle soup down (not the healthiest but you can’t loose too much sodium), if I was feeling brave I’d throw in some veggies and maybe a cracked egg. Also, try Zantac first think in the morning, yes it’s baby safe.
