Okay ladies I need some help.
If I had 4 & 1/2 beers last night and stopped drinking at 12 what time should I be good to breastfeed again?
I've been giving him formula and pumping and dumping all night.

Don't ever dump your milk. Drinking and breastfeeding is safe. If you're drunk you can use the undesired milk for baths.
I looked it up. Someone with a .015 blood-alcohol level will have little to no alcohol in their bloodstream after 10 hours have passed.
You're fine by noon. The alcohol will have left your system if all you had was a few beers last night at midnight.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
