What does labor feel like?? I cant tell if my back hurts and these cramps are contractions or just normal pregnancy pains. I hurt so bad but not enough to want to sit in a hospital all night just to be sent home.

Contractions are different for everybody. They feel like very strong period cramps that keep coming and going. Your back will start hurting because baby is getting bigger. You can try to time the cramps and see if they are consistent, if they are it could possibly be early labor.
@kambam i can talk through it. But nothing has made it go away. Been slowly getting worse over the last two days.
If you can't talk through the pain and it doesn't go away from light walking or laying then it could be contractions
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Try and take a warm bath or shower. If the pain eases some, then it’s Braxton hicks and false labor.
Labor you will have contractions that last for a minute or longer, and have more than 3 in an hour. That’s about the general rule. You may or may not lose your mucus plug. You may or may not have your water break.
I never saw my plug, and my water didn’t break till 30+ hours of labor.
