Maybe gas my daughter did the same thing. I had to give her gas meds, be careful how she laid when nursering and rub her belly to help her gas. I also look up natural ways to relieve gas.

Finding a routine sometimes helps baby.

Take him in the his pediatrician there might be a digestive tract issue causing the fussiness like a sensitivity to something you're consuming if you're breastfeeding or a protein allergy if you're using formula. Might be collicky or just extra gassy. But definitely talk to his doctor asap so you can figure out what's going on.

My husband had him and laid him on his chest he slept till this morning. I just feel like such a bad mama. Our hospital stay made bonding like impossible and I feel I missed crucial time with him. Definitely call the dr. My son dead with reflux and won’t fall asleep unless he’s sitting up and laying on his tummy. So most the time he falls asleep on my chest. It’s definitely hard. Do you have anyone that can take him for a couple hours so you can nap? Your health and rest is important too.

Swings help too or a bouncer if they have gas it may help it move. Maybe play some soothing music or sounds for him really low and rock him close to you. Maybe keep him alittle elevated alittle while after you feed him so if it us acid reflux the acid doesn't cone up his baby throat and make him upset. I know how it is to go without sleep. My baby girl didn't let me sleep when we came home from the NICU. All she did was scream and cry and u never understood. I was to my breaking point. Running on no sleep. She literally screamed for 7hours straight and I cried with her because I tried everything and nothing worked. She was colic, she had extreme gas and she was extremely constipated. I had rub her tummy, do knee to chest exercises, gas drops, warm baths, rocking her close to me while I patted her butt with music playing and changing her formula and giving her acid reflux meds for awhile, and not letting her sleep laying down for months to get her where we are now. It's a hard road momma but you will learn him, and what he needs I hope this all helped alittle bit and I hope you get some rest sweety.

Talk to his dr. Could be acid reflux, gas, does he poop regularly cause he could be constipated if he hasn't be in awhile. My baby girl has been fussy like that since birth and the only thing that helps he go to sleep at night is a warm bath with calming baby soap then a bottle (in your case boob) and then she falls asleep usually within 30 to 40 minutes. Is he extremely gassy? Cause gas drops or gripe water will help.

Maybe he has colic? What r u feeding him? Formula or breastmilk? Try skin to skin contact that would usually calm my baby boy. Try music? Might sound crazy bt also the sound of water relaxed my boy so id turn the water on in the bathtub and let it run sometimes so hed relax

The only thing that would calm my oldest is putting him in his carseat and swinging him
