They have some play areas for kids at the mall for free, or you can take them to some places that are for kids. O e place I know of has carnival rides for toddlers.

@herminia.ayala party jungle, it's not a carnival, but is more like a small indoor park with a train, rotating swings, barrel ride, dumbo ride, etc. :) my daughter loved it!
