So I'm 39 weeks and still not dialated... Ob says that we could talk about inducing me but it'd turn into an emergency c section if we were to schedule and do it. Next appointment is the day after my due date... Which I'm sure she'll go over.

@sports5682 yes she's my first and it's driving me crazy not being dialted! I wanna meet my baby.

With both of my kids I never dilated until I went into labor. I was checked at 39 weeks with my last pregnancy. I was not dilated, cervix wasn’t even soft. I had that baby 2 days later.
I think dilation is a really bad indicator of when your baby will be born. I think it does nothing more then discourage woman.
