@sassysarae, well if ur naturally underweight the good news is your can gain a lot more and still b healthy. People say 25-35 lb but honestly that's a bunch of crap if u r 300lb u don't need to gain 35 and if your 100lb well u can afford to gain way more that 35lb. The good news is stretch marks are created from your skins elasticity and it depends on what u put into your body it has nothing to do with what u apply to the outside because it cannot penetrate to the dermis layer of the skin to protect your again them since your saying greens are your favorite this is excellent because they enrich all layers of the skin that topical products can reach. Coconut oil is great to moisturize the skin which can make you feel great on the outside as the other lady mentioned.

@txyogagirl thank you, I've been worried cause I'm a little underweight for my height & age but as long as I can remember I've always been on the thin side of healthy. I've been trying to eat more protein but it's so hard since green vegetables have been my favorite thing to eat since conceiving 😅😅

@sassysarae, don't gain to fast try to gain slowly and try to eat a nutritional diet then u can pig out like the last 3 weeks because u won't be able to control it at that point. If u work staying working till your due date that really helps and walk to keep your body in shape I didn't workout with weights at all but I did doing some light yoga stretching and walking all 40 weeks I bounced back in no time since it was so easy I'm a little pig with this pregnancy but I really need to stay on track.
