Hey mommas does anyone have any advice on how to start my own baking business from home ?

I believe the only thing I remember when I looked it up was you have to get inspected that your house is up to the proper standards.

I believe you have to label exactly whats in the food as well! And there is different laws for each state. I would look up yours or even talk to a lawyer because if someone has an reaction, you could be liable! Also get a business license and insurance.

@momma-bear, yes. You have to be up to a certain regulation before being allowed to offer a food business in your house.

I agree with these mama’s. You want to protect your customers as well as yourself. In my state you would also need a health card and business license.
