Had a miscarriage two days ago. Today I still feel pregnant they did a ultra sound and said they didn't see anything in my uterus when I had miscarriage. ... could i have been pregnant with twins and one didn't make it or how long does it take to get over the feeling of being pregnant after a miscarriage???? I was 6 weeks and 4 days

Yeah they did a ultra sound and said nothing was there but they kept asking me was I sure I was six weeks bc my HCG level was 260
I dont want to get your hopes up but thats what happened to me. They thought i miscarried and my body did it all on its own very early and a few weeks later I was still feeling sick and everything so I went to the ER and I was 6 weeks 4 days pregnant still. They were twins and one didn't make it. I'm 33 weeks today.
My MIL was pregnant with twins. Thought she miscarried at 3 months, went back 3 months later because she thought she had a tumor, nope. It was my husband

I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
ugh just a few more days and i can test! haven't had any major symptoms but i go to bed at 9 or 10 and i still feel sooooo tired throughout the day. i don't think I'm pregnant though 😞

Does anyone else feel completely consumed by wanting to get pregnant? I feel like it's all I ever think about these days and I'm starting to drive myself crazy?
My Dr told me we could start trying again once the bleeding stopped it stopped yesterday so we got the green light to start trying again... she said I might get pregnant before I have a period again. Bc I Will ovulate soon
