Need some advice! Super bad back pain during this pregnancy. Can’t be in the same position for long. My bed? Ugh every time I wake up I’m in pain, but it’s not like we can just go out and buy a new bed.. any suggestions or tips? This is just the start of this pregnancy and with as big as I’ll probably get (HUGE with other two pregnancies) this is just the beginning 🙃

Starting to feel suffocated in bed these days. Shit, pregnancy just got so real 😩 #thirdtrimester
So I’m really considering to get the pregnancy pillow, but not sure if it’s worth it cause they can be pretty expensive.. my bed is filled with pillows but they just don’t seem to be helping my back sciatic pains at night and lately I’ve been tossing and turning because the pain is just so uncomfortable 😣! Any recommendations on what has helped you mamas!
Is it just me being grumpy & preggo or is it boring to see a bunch of pregnant women complaining, talking about pregnancy, husbands, mood swings, pains, ect... ?? 😩😩😩 maybe I'm just mean #ForgiveMe 🙏🏾

This may we weird, BUT when I had the same issue I went and bought a standing fan. I placed it literally right next to my side of the bed. And, when my back started to hurt, I'd roll and face my back to the cold cold air. It almost acted like an ice pack effect.

My husband and I have a queen and he’s really weird about being touched in his sleep and we have a 4 year old who occasionally climbs in with us and if I add the pillow he might just lose it 😂

I had to see my chiropractor weekly during my pregnancy. I haven't seen him in almost 4 months now. It's weird how it was only needed that badly while I was pregnant.
