Hi ladies I have a question! My baby girl is one month old today! When she was born she was in nicu and while she was in there she was fed formula in a bottle and we’ve tried to get her to latch onto my breast and she does! But she won’t suck hard because she’s use to a bottle and I would get so stressed out & I just gave her formula in a bottle but today I saw that I still have little milk left because I was leaking just very little so I decided to try to breastfeed her because I REALLY wanted to breastfeed I was just really stressed with having a new baby and idk I just felt like I couldn’t do it so I quit so fast but now that I’m use to her being around I want to breastfeed and so I put her on both breasts and she wasn’t having it but I remained calm and so now I’m wondering if I’ll produce milk again? Any tips? Should I try lactation teas?? Anything I am determined to do this.
@selenadanielleramirez, fenugreek, mothers milk tea, steel cut oats. Drinking a lot of water. Pumping a lot.
@momofdeuce, I will I’m really hoping this works out I hope I’m not too late :(
@damn.it.red, yes I did that for awhile! But then my milk supply started getting super low I thought I didn’t have milk anymore so I just stopped
Keep putting her on your breast (as many times as you can) and drink lots of water .
Have you tried pumping and giving it to her in a bottle!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.

I wanted to do one of these before our breastfeeding journey ended. I have a feeling it’s soon 😔 since her dr has us giving her formula to give her more calories, I’m finding it difficult to give her breastmilk as well. She gets full off of me alone so she doesn’t want the formula if I breastfeed her first. And if I give her formula first, she doesn’t want the breastmilk. I’ve been alternating feedings but that’s just caused my supply to drop. She’s getting chunky, though. That’s all I care abou...

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
@taylorsmommy10817, yes please
