My oldest let the sprinkles rain on these cupcakes for my mom's neighbors. We are very blessed to have neighbors like her's they look in on her everyday and share meals with her, she been having it hard here these past few wks. Her seizure meds need to be modified but the hard part is finding a neurologist with her insurance.
