Crazy that she didnt tell you anything! At 16 weeks you can for sure tell what it is, it does look like a 15-16 week ultrasound. I'm baffled she didnt say anything 😐

@simplyshantell, she said “it’s the doctors job to review the ultrasound with you.”

@denisah417 What a load of bull..lol. My ultrasound tech tells me EVERYTHING right on the spot. She will be the same tech I have all the way through, she even told me the results of my genetic blood screening. Thats probably their individual office protocol which sucks 😒 Did you not see the doctor after?

@simplyshantell, no ma’Am this was an outside radiology clinic they send the results to the OB afterwards for review. I dot. Have an appointment with the OB for another 4 weeks. Which I think they messed that up as well, the midwife was saying I should be seeing her every 2 weeks at this point this far along.

@denisah417 Omg 😮 Well that makes sense then why she didnt say anything.. it was an outside clinic. Hmmm. Strange that you'd get sent to an outside clinic for ultrasounds. I'd hate that.. At my doctor I go in for ultrasound first, then for vital check, then immediately to review with doctor. I go to the womans group North, they have multiple practices and are awesome and accept many insurances. Im not sure if you have one closer to you though in Pinellas.

You can always find a private ultrasound place near you, they can tell you how far along you are and if you are 16 weeks they can probably tell gender.

@denisah417 Awww... so many ppl bring their kids to with them now a days. I'm sure if you had to bring her with it'd be fine. They are used to screaming babies 😅
