Do you ever get super fucking annoyed at a mother who complains about things that are completely her own fault? Ugh. I love her, but damn. Don’t complain that you can’t leave your kid in a room for 5 minutes when you’re the one who made him that way.
I get some kids are just clingy but she won’t even TRY. Let him cry for 60 seconds while he’s safely in his playpen and you go pee. Or let him be fussy in the crib for 5 to 10 minutes while you get some food for the first time that day at almost 2pm. If he’s still breathing, he’s fine. But he knows that he gets his way if he fusses AT ALL. She gives into him. And she’s only gonna suffer when baby #2 comes and all her attention has to be on baby sometimes.

Preach! Omg! This is my sister so bad. Shut up or put up. Geez. My Lily will fuss so bad when I go take a shower. And? She gets put in the octagon (gated play area) with her toys to fuss it out. Big deal. She's okay. I'll hold her when I am done doing what I need to do. Children are only as spoiled as you make them.

@lovelily, exactly! I can understand if she’s tried and he like, hyperventilates or something. But if you’re not even trying to get him used to being alone for 5 minutes, then I don’t wanna hear it!!!!
