@mamahay well it took me a year to get pregnant off the shot for my first daughter too and I had been on it since I was 19 until 20. Then I was off of it for 22 months because I was pregnant back to back (I got pregnant 4 months after I had my first because I didn't get on bc) then after my second daughter I was on the shot for about a year and 3 months before I got off of it then 3 months later I got pregnant with my son but after my son I was on it for about 6 months and it took me 2 years to get pregnant with my youngest daughter

It took me a year to get pregnant off the depo shot after I had my second daughter. Then it took me another two years to get pregnant after my son once I got off the shot again. I hated it. 😖 i didn't even know what a normal period was anymore at that point lol

@kat616, everyone I meet/know thinks I'm crazy for loving it. I got sick for about 7 weeks and after that it was all so amazing. Of course tiring, and the feet swelling was horrible for me, but my husband really took care of me my first pregnancy and so did everyone else. I have a very blessed life. 🤗 either way, what you get out of all of the emotions and tiredness is so beautiful I'd do it 100 times

@damiensmommy1117, it's supposed to depend on how long you've taken it. Some women can't get pregnant for 2-4 years it messes with you so much, and I did not want that. Even if we do get pregnant it'll be fine :) of course we just want our baby boy to have his time to be the center of attention and I want him out of diapers before baby #2 is born but whatever God's plan for us, I will graciously accept💛

@mamahay, that's awesome that you love it so much. I wish I did- I'm super nervous for the morning sickness but super excited for another baby, ha ha.

Oohh okay, I was wondering which birth control left it that long to get pregnant after not taking it anymore. I know some ladies who got pregnant within 2 months of stopping it though so be careful! Lol
