Definitely a while or you could have another one. It took me a year after my miscarriage to conceive again.

They say wait 2 -3 cycles befor you try. But I had a miscarriage in March this year and got pregnant in June and we tried as soon as the bleeding and cramping stopped.. and we’re here 🤷🏽‍♀️

My doctor told me 2 months! But I would wait longer if I was you to give your body time to heal as much as it can..
