Spotting from a cervical check should only last for 12-24 hours my doctor said. How far apart are your contractions? I would call your doctor before heading straight to the ER, but that's what I would do.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
