30 weeks and feeling cramps in my back and lower stomach and pressure. Is that normal??

I get cramps every once In a while, doctor said it’s normal. Long as your not bleeding!

I would call your OBGYN they told me if I ever feel cramps to call in it's better safe than sorry. Or do you think it's gas?
