Ok moms I need help!!

I went to the hospital at 19 weeks with upper left pain under my boob almost.. they told me that they thought it was my gallbladder but at 19 weeks they wouldn’t do much of anything so to go home eat bland foods and try to take it easy... fast forward to last night.. following what the doctor has told me for the last 5 weeks.. i have been having pain making me double over after eating and not being able to hold anything down.. not water ice chips nothing....I go to the hospital where MY ob told me to go.. in deed it is my gallbladder I have gall stones my liver enzymes are elevated and also my white blood count I have one doctor come in and tell me we are admitting you and having general surgery come on and speak to you in the morning.. I then have the doctor I had a problem with in my last pregnancy tell me nope it’s just a stomach bug go home and rest that my liver and white blood count wasn’t high enough... WHAT!! So now I’m at home unable to eat anything or drink anything.. should I try and find a different hospital?? I have a call into my ob to see what they recommend me do..
