@nerualauren did you create a registry, purchase something $10 or more go to the baby registry menu and click on welcome box and you have to check off every item on the registry check list (I didn't add the items ) just checked them all off and you have to be a prime member as well I wouldn't know that if I didn't watch the YouTube unboxing videos I just thought you automatically get one but they make you put in some work to get it free
