I got the flu shot today and I can not sleep my body hurts so bad I’m in tears. I took some Tylenol and I did the heat compress but nothing works is this normal

Your supposed to move your arm after the shot a lot so it doesn't make you that sore .

@lovelily, I can’t take ibuprofen cause I breastfeed. My babies are getting the shot tomorrow, will they feel like this as well?

Ion know, I got my flu shot at 28 weeks & when I had my son first time. It just made my arm ache but when I got it while I was pregnant it made my whole body hurt the first day.

@lovelily, I didn’t even want to give it to them until they got older but to go out of the country their doctor highly recommended it
