What's a 4D ultrasound? Or do you guys' mean to put a 3?

That’s how they check make sure his face is forming properly. They check for Cleft Lip with 3D/4D

A regular 2D won’t catch it

4d is like 3D, but it takes multiple pictures so you can see movement :)
