Where are the African American mommies or biracial? How is pregnancy damaging your hair? What tips do you have? I’m natural my cousin usually do my hair once a week, I can’t control my own hair. I recently did two strand twist they only lasted like five days.

I got braids toward the end. It helped a ton! But I did a lot of wash n gos and simple styles. I also cut my hair bc it was becoming a lot
My hair just isn't growing as fast as it did before I was pregnant I've given up on even trying to do anything more than washing and blow drying it just doesn't work out

@kedrababy, that’s what I try besides my puff, it’s ready get cold out I don’t want be out in the mornings with wet hair. I wash it every weekend and deep condition it. My last pregnancy my hair was so bad it went from curly to coil. Last month I just got my curls popping back again from weekly deep conditions only to be pregnant again.
