Yes she only uses them for bed or car but she’s almost 2. Every one says I need to remove

Try to create boundaries. Like she can’t do fun things with pacifiers. Or try to restrict them just to bed and the car. If she wants to get out of bed, she has to say bye bye to the pacifier. That’s a start.
