How do you ask your partner for help without offending them? I feel so drained doing everything 24/7. HELP!

@raquely thats what i assumed as well. *shrugs* but i guess i need to tell him.
And tell him specifically what to do not just say "I need more help" I'll say "hey can you please do laundry this week"
Just tell him why you feel drained and that you would really appreciate help
